Salesforce MCP Integration

Connect Salesforce to your AI agents through Weldable.

Crm

Weldable's Salesforce MCP integration gives your AI agents direct access to your CRM through natural language commands. Salesforce has invested heavily in Agentforce and MCP support throughout 2025 and 2026, and Weldable builds on that foundation by handling OAuth, token management, and multi-service orchestration so your agents can query, create, and update Salesforce records alongside every other tool in your stack.

Your agent works with standard and custom objects: leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases, and more. Describe your intent in plain English and Weldable resolves it to the correct Salesforce API call, handling SOQL queries and field mappings behind the scenes.

Use cases

Opportunity stage progression tracking

Your agent queries all opportunities that have been in the same stage for longer than your average sales cycle. It checks for recent activity like logged calls, emails, or task completions. Deals with no activity get flagged, and your agent updates a custom field with the days-since-last-touch count. Pair this with a Slack notification to the opportunity owner so they can re-engage before the deal goes cold.

Automated lead qualification

When a new lead arrives from a web form or marketing campaign, your agent reads the lead record, checks company size and industry against your ideal customer profile, and assigns a lead score. Qualified leads get converted to contacts and opportunities automatically, with the right account owner assigned based on territory rules. Unqualified leads receive a nurture tag for marketing follow-up.

Cross-CRM data synchronization

Companies running both Salesforce and HubSpot can use Weldable to keep records in sync. Your agent reads new contacts from one system, checks for duplicates in the other, and creates or updates records as needed. Field mapping happens in the workflow definition, so you control exactly which properties transfer between platforms.

Case escalation workflows

Your agent monitors open cases and checks for SLA breaches based on priority and age. When a case exceeds its response time threshold, the agent updates the case priority, assigns it to a senior support rep, and posts the case details to a dedicated Slack channel. This keeps your support team ahead of escalations instead of reacting to them.

Executive pipeline reporting

Pull all opportunities closing this quarter, group them by stage and owner, calculate weighted pipeline value, and post the summary to a Google Sheet or Slack channel every Monday morning. Your agent handles the SOQL query, the math, and the cross-platform delivery in a single scheduled workflow.

How it works

Connect your Salesforce org through OAuth. Weldable handles the authorization flow and stores tokens securely, refreshing them automatically so your integrations stay alive. Your agent translates natural language into Salesforce API calls, resolving object names, field references, and query filters without you writing SOQL manually.

Once connected, your agent can read records, create new ones, update fields, and run filtered queries across any standard or custom object. Chain Salesforce operations with other connected services to build workflows that span your entire business process.

Tips

Reference API field names for precision. Salesforce field labels and API names often differ. Using Amount instead of "deal value" or StageName instead of "opportunity stage" helps your agent map intent to the correct field on the first try.

Scope your queries with WHERE clauses. Salesforce governor limits apply to all API consumers. When your agent runs a search, include conditions like date ranges, record types, or owner IDs to avoid pulling thousands of records unnecessarily.

Use record types to segment logic. If your org uses multiple record types on the same object, specify the record type in your commands so your agent applies the right field layouts and picklist values.

Test in a Salesforce sandbox. Salesforce offers full sandbox environments that mirror your production org. Connect a sandbox to Weldable first to validate create and update operations before touching live data.

Combine with Google Sheets for reporting. Salesforce reports are powerful but rigid. Have your agent pull raw data via SOQL and write it to a Google Sheet where you can apply custom formulas, pivot tables, or share with stakeholders who do not have Salesforce licenses.
