Ask your agent to summarize a Trello board by listing how many cards are in each column, what is overdue, and which cards have no assignee. The agent pulls the data and formats a summary you can share in Slack or email for a quick team status check.
How it works
Connect your Trello account to Weldable through the integrations page via OAuth. Your AI agent can then interact with your boards using natural language. Ask "create a card on the Sprint Board in the To Do list: implement user search" or "move the API refactor card to Done" and the agent makes the changes in Trello.
Tips
Use board and list names. Trello accounts can have many boards. Always specify the board name and list when creating or moving cards to avoid ambiguity. For example, "create a card on the Sprint Board in the To Do list" gives the agent everything it needs.
Add labels for categorization. When creating cards, mention any labels you want applied. Labels help filter and organize cards, and your agent can apply them at creation time. This enables queries like "show all cards labeled Bug on the Backend board."
Pair with GitHub for development workflows. When a GitHub pull request is merged, have your agent move the corresponding Trello card to the Done list. This keeps your project board in sync with your codebase without anyone manually updating card positions after each merge.
