How it works

Tips

Reference forms by name. When you have multiple Typeforms, include the form name in your request so the agent queries the correct one. This avoids pulling data from the wrong form.

Use hidden fields for tracking. Typeform supports hidden fields that can be pre-populated via URL parameters. Pass in campaign source, user ID, or other context so your agent can connect submissions back to their origin.
